At Cakes & Cocos Swimwear, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while ensuring every piece arrives beautifully packaged and ready to wear.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Canada:

• Standard Shipping: $15 CAD (5-7 business days after dispatch)
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders $150 CAD+ (5-7 business days after dispatch)
• Express Shipping: $30 CAD (1–2 business days after dispatch)

United States:

• Standard International Shipping: $30 CAD

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Please note: Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is completed and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or customs.

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags must be attached 

• Hygienic liner must be intact

• No signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Worn or damaged items

• Items returned without hygienic liner or tags

How to Request a Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
